We presume he is unhoused and using it to carry his neatly stacked belongings along busy Hillsborough Road. A luxury car speeds by between him and a construction site bringing still more retail to this neighborhood.

I took this picture because under-housed, underpaid neighbors of all ages struggle to find a place for their stuff as well as themselves. Where will he and his items be when it rains? Is he or someone else in need of that wheelchair, or a walker, to get around?
